we would definitely recommend it to those visiting new york city. tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were in the deluxe double room. reception staff was very accessible. eggs and cereal were served in the morning.

There was a mistake in the application and I was given a piece for two people, I had to sleep in a temporary bed on the floor. They also charged me as if they had given me a room for 4 people when we had to sleep in one for two.

We are still waiting for the refund on our security deposit account, one week ago today and it has not yet been returned to us.
